Purchase Conditions – TimeDo Companies

These are the conditions for companies using the TimeDo service.

Initial setup

Login instructions are emailed to you once the order & payment is complete. Normally, the customer receives access to the service immediately after the order is complete, and the email instructions have been followed.

Prices

All prices in TimeDo are listed in Swedish Kronor (SEK), excluding VAT. The price in TimeDo is always the valid price, and it can change without warning.

Card payment via PayDo, in cooperation with Evry Card (cost: 0kr)

We accept Visa and Mastercard. This payment option occurs in cooperation with PayDo, which you are automatically sent to when choosing this payment option. After having completed your payment at PayDo, you will be sent back to TimeDo.se and your order will be confirmed. Your credit card number is never saved at TimeDo.se, and the transaction security is handled at PayDo.
Another payment option is that the customer is invoiced for the TimeDo service.

Complaints

We wish you to be completely satisfied with our service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please contact support@timedo.se immediately. Always attach contact information such as name, email, phone number, and your company name.

Data Protection Act

TimeDo.se will never give away your personal data to third parties, but may use them to advertise for our own shop, or one of the boutiques that are included in our company. As a customer, you retain the right to deny such ads, and to be removed from our database.

Dispute

In any dispute, our policy is to comply with the Consumer Complaints Board recommendations.

Force Majeure

Events such as war, natural disasters, strikes, official decisions, lack of access to the service from the supplier, price raising events, or other similar events outside our control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be assigned to Force Majeure, which means Red Poodle Systems AB is free of its obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. We reserve the right for any errors in text, pictures, and prices.
